As an essential role in multi-crew ships, a turret gunner is the most in demand role in Star Citizen. The gunner is generally considered as an entry level role. The best gunners have a strong background in FPS.
- Man a turret while in flight and/or at battlestations
- Provide protection against any attempted boarding
- Provide ground protection during ground operations
Successful turret duty can lead to a position as Master at Arms, a Load Master, or Drone Operations.
